Hello to everyone I haven’t had the chance to meet yet.

I’m Magda, an advanced clinical and sports massage therapist. My work brings together blend of techniques from soothing heat and fascial work, to deep tissue and gentle stretches to support people living with chronic pain or tension.

I began this journey in 2019, inspired by helping my children relax through massage, and I’ve loved learning and growing in this work ever since.

My approach is intuitive, creative and empathetic, with a special focus on supporting anyone who benefits from a thoughtful, personalised treatment.
